I'm starting a new job where I'm typically going to be at work until 8 or 9pm. As of now, I try to double everyday, and my current schedule is something like:
630am up
645-745 run
820 leave for work
9-6 work
head home
645-730 run
730-8 abs
Then I shower, eat dinner, and try to get to bed by 1030 (for 8 hours of sleep).
But if I'm working til 9, what should i do? Eat dinner before my double? Double at like 945-1030 then go straight to bed and get up at 630 to run again? Any advice on how to make this schedule work?
