35:00 10k guy. In my 30s. Been running about 3 years, mileage increased those years as follows: 25, 40, 60.
I really want to get as good as I possibly can. I have time to train. I'm currently in a base phase, and ramping up my mileage, but I'm not sure how much I should shoot for this season.
So, what kind of mileage would you recommend?
