Unfortunately ESPN lost the broadcast rights to the CL a few years back and Fox has it now, so no CL on ESPN3 this year. If you go to foxsoccer.tv you can sign up for a free trial of their online channel and get the game this week, but if you want to keep using it you have to pay. The quality of their feeds is usually as good as it gets (better than espn3).
I usually find a fan forum for one of the teams and people will constantly post links to the game (they tend to get shut down or overcrowded every 10 minutes or so, so you usually have to keep jumping from link to link)
Every week the big games are streamed here. Only good sites i know. The rest lag.
