Ask your coachhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I ran a similar race and was in about 4:40-4:42 mile shape. I have middle of the road speed.
5:27
considering i ran 10 miles at sub 6 min pace
how would i run a 5:27????

By running a little faster, but stopping after 1 mile. You're welcome.

Um...probably a fast time? Why are you asking us? I guess possibly you want to get pumped up or something before you run this. In that case, watch some inspirational videos on youtube or something. Otherwise, I don't really know what to say. I can run 10 miles at sub 6 ppm, and I'm 16, but I also do some speed work. I ran a 4:19 mile, but I'm not going to say that you can. It really depends on the speed work you've been doing.
a 10 miler does not really say to much about the mile except for sure you can go under 6 since you already did it 10 times. That is right around my 10mile best and I can time trial a mile anywhere from 4:50 to 5:00 but usally i am right around 4:40 in a race

What do your coach think of your ten mile time?
5:00 for sure...
When I could run 4:10 I couldn't run under 60 for ten miles so I would say it really depends.
yeah thanks guys for the responses
hoping to dip under 4:40 tomorrow
