I injured my knee about 2 months ago, and I was forced to miss my whole indoor track season. I typically run about 50-60 miles per week, and my right knee has just kept me out. I haven't gone very long without running, I usually give it a shot at least once a week. Some days I can run 30 minutes, some days I can only run for about one minute. I haven't been able to run 2 days in a row. I went to 2 doctors, an orthopedic surgeon and an athletic doctor. The surgeon said small meniscus tear, and the other doctor said it was irritation from the way my legs are built. The prognosis in both cases was to rehab it out. I've been rehabbing with the athletic training staff and haven't seen any real improvement. Any suggestions?
