Well ive been extremely tired the last few weeks running and just haven't been able to keep the pace I normally run at. For example, I used to be able to do a 10 miler at 7:30 pace or so and now I struggle to even hit 8 minute pace. I seem to be tired as soon as I start my runs and i'm not sure why. I am planning to take a full week off from running and am just wondering whether this is the best option or if there are others? I'm not sure if I should just cross train during it or if just taking a full week off from anything is the best option. Any input would be much appreciated.
