Does the length of recovery runs matter much for performance? (long term)
Will there be much difference jogging 30min easy vs 40 vs 50 min easy? Or is the most important thing just to recover between the hard intervall days?
I am running the 800m. 3 intervall days pr week.
Other days recovery runs. 30-50 min.
If i do 30 min. I can get in some drills, easy plyos, bodyweight exersices etc. If I do 50 min I usually just do that without anything in addition.
What would be the best coice?
