Eat a high-fiber breakfast right after your run; that plus the coffee will practically guarantee a satisfying bowel movement before the next one.
Take toilet paper.
Make the decision before you go to bed and don't stop to think about it when you wake up. Get dressed and out the door before you realize what you're doing. Tell yourself that the guys you want to beat are training like animus so you better do it too. And yes...take toilet paper or wear two pairs of socks.

hop on treadmill
