In theory, there are multiple possible parallel universes including the historical universe we experience. Parallel universes are intimately related to our familiar historical universe. All actions/reactions experienced in the historical universe have different outcomes in the parallel universe.
Given the information noted above, how one can increase the probability that our human counterparts in parallel worlds are training effectively? I don't want to be embarrassed by my alter ego, afterall!
It's like a giant race of devil take the hindmost. Whoever does the least training of all the different parellels for each person winks out of existence and you are left with one less. If its a tie then its picked at random. So if you take a day off you have a 1.237X10^-5000th chance of just vanishing. Maybe negligible but I dont think I want to risk it!
There is a possibility that there is an infinite number of parallel universes. This means that there are an infinite number of universes where your counterpart is running more than you and an infinite number of universes where your counterpart is not running enough. Also, by definition, you are unable to have any impact on the other universes.
Make a resolution now that if you discover any of your counterparts are slacking off, you'll travel back in time and murder your grandmother. Then those timelines will collapse to prevent the paradox and you'll be left with just the high mileage guys.
