I'm trying to get a sense of how long before runs people wake up. I need to run at around 6:30 or latest 7 a.m. but have trouble getting up earlier to eat, drink, etc. Also have trouble running as soon as I wake up. Would you wake at 5 for 7 am run? So far I just run later in day but need to make the switch. Just wondering if most people get up and out the door or if you get up earlier to give yourself wake up time. Thanks.
