Out of curiosity, does anyone know what Nick Symmonds 5k pr is? What about 8k cross country? I assume he ran some quick times in these longer events back in the day, but I can't find any results online.

Willamette has tons of archived results, just go to their xc site. Doubt he ever ran a 5k on the track. He was okay in xc at the D3 level if I remember right...talking like 5-6-7 guy on the team....top 70-90 guy at nationals. I could be wrong.
