Can anyone give advice on this subject ?.. Lately, I've noticed when I begin a run I can feel my lower back when landing..not really painfull, but very noticeable...doesn't really get much worse during the run...but 90minutes after the run it tightens up, and at that point I notice it in anything I do.
I've kinda chalked this up to old age (37). The thing is it has never bothered me before, I would have thought I'd have this on and off at this point to get to this condition/status..
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
