Ive had this for a year now in my calf. Very minimal running in this time too. If anyone has made a fully recovery, what was it that made the difference for you? Am looking at ART/PRP as options since rest is not helping too much.

I am not a long time sufferer, so keep that in mind.
I struggle with tight calves and every year when increasign my mileage end up injured (I will learn one day)
This year the tight calves got out of hand and I ended up with achillies tendonitis. I had been seeing my ART guy for a hamstring pull so he started in on my achilles. I stopped running entirely. Going on day 7 and he thinks I should be back on my feet by Wednesday or Thursday.
I want to know as well how quickly you can recover and when starting running again, how quickly can I increase mileage?
