I've been off from running for close to half a year now do to injuries and everything has finally healed up. The last two weeks I've only ran a couple of times and the most was about 4 miles off of about 35 minutes or so. I need help to figure out how the best way for me to start my base training and get going without getting hurt or starting too soon. We've all been there when the worst time running is when youre so out of shape so please letsrun help me get out of this terrible funk.
