Hi everyeone,
I signed up for a half marathon for May 22nd, this will be my first half marathon and my goal is to run between 1:10-1:12. I began training back in December for it and have been doing about 30 to 40 miles week right now. Just to give you a little background I have competed in college at a small college nothing special, but one of my PR’s is 15:00 in the 5k and 31:56 in the 10K. I need advice when I should implement tempos and speed also should I be ok for a half in May with the goal I have set? My Long runs currently are 10 miles.
