Thanks.
It also raises the question once again. Why are British commentators so good in T&F?
American commentators are a train wreck in every sport.
Maybe it's not that they are good, but the americans are terrible.
All kidding aside, I agree they are amazing it truly make track much more enjoyable.
My opinion is why they are so good is that they know the sport really well, have a lot more love for the sport, really know the athletes. + their enthusiasm is amazing.
Be well!
My gosh! Twice--twice!--Rupp allowed Farah to pass him on the inside. In between those two passes, Rupp led by running on the far outside of the first lane, while Farah followed in the far inside. Was this some sort of pacing agreement? Was Rupp planning on following Farah to the record? Given all those laps and turns on the outside of the lane, Rupp must have run 50 meters longer than Farah in that race. Tactically puzzling, but physically more impressive than I expected.
I did notice also Rupp was running on the outside of the lane 1 alot while no one was near him. It puzzled me too.
That is Steve Cram commentating
I wish Steve Cram and the other british broadcaster tim hutchings or something would do all the meets and there's 1 more i think who's real good
Here's a better quality version:
