I am trying to be healthier and I find it hard. Most people say you don't need supplements if you eat right, but I am saying I don't eat right and feel the need to take supplements mostly because my wife cooks the same dinner every night almost.
I am currently taking
multi vitamin
vitamin c
magnesium
fish oil
iron
claritin
I am also thinking about taking St. Johns Wort because I have anxiety/depression tendencies/problems. I wanted to know if anyone on here knows if there are any of my current supplements that might be bad in combo with SJW. Also has anyone on here as a runner taken SJW and if so what kind of positive and negative side affects did you get? I am hoping to break 16 again before I turn 30 and do not want anything messing me up.
