Anybody like taking supplements
I dont think i get enough variety out of my diet because I am to busy to cook alot so my wife does and well she cooks the same thing every night.
I am taking these supplements right now;
multi vitamin
fish oil
vitamin c
magnesium
iron
claritin
Also I am think about taking St. Johns Wort for being anxious/depressed.
So I am asking is there any interfering of SJW with my other supplements, also what positive and negative affects has anyone had taking SJW?
