I've been recovering from spondylolysis (spinal stress fracture). Just this week, I increased my running time by about 15 minutes. After running for about 33 minutes I started having pain in my stress fracture. I haven't ran nearly that much in 4 days now.
I still have pain, thats a mixture between soreness and pain.
Should I stop running entirely or just scale back and keep biking?
Also when I run, should I stay conservative with it, or run till it hurts then stop?
