A 17yo ran 12.53 last week! Not sure why 13.11 now sounds so impressive. The chances of this guy being dirty are just as much as that guy.

On the other thread people were saying that they were trying to hit some time for the 3K, but needed to finish the full 5K so they wouldn't get DQed. I guess they ran a fast 3K time and then jogged it in.
