I don't think very fast as they are more sprinter types. Maybe if they had the good stuff at an aid station, but I think they could tear up a 100 m. dash.
They could only compete in twilight (or later) meets. Their versatility, now matter how fast, would be as limited due to scheduling as Eric Liddell, the 7th Day Adventists or LDS runners.
I also think the vampire speed thing is more of a glamour - you never really see them coming.
Of course it's the werewolves I'd be concerned about -
