It's not bad at all, and pretty sound advice overall, but god this guy hate running and anything aerobic. He pretty much says you are doomed if you ever do steady state cardio. You will eat away your own muscle, your other non running muscles will be completely atrophied, and most importantly you are not becoming more aerobically efficient/developed. You just become more economical at one thing: running. And if you bike you will "huff and puff". You will NOT be fitter.
Why the hate? Discuss. Especially that part about running making you better at only that specific motion, as opposed to fitter.
