Usually after a great workout or even a regular easy run I don't have much of an appetite, so I don't treat myself then. But if I have been running a lot of mileage and having good workouts I will eat dessert. Typically brownies or something chocolate. Maybe ice cream if it's summer time--never really feel like eating it in the winter.
Cookies!! Usually homemade chocolate chip. Hot chocolate is good too. Ice cream in the summer.
Honestly after a good workout I wouldn't want junk food. If I'm with people maybe a beer or two if that counts as junk food.
I usually treat other people to my junk: "Gobble gobble motherf******"

A lot of people here are probably like me. I don't pay any attention to food, I just eat whatever is around. Would I be faster if I maintained a strict diet or at least a planned diet? Probably. But I don't do it because I wouldn't enjoy it. So I just run a f***load and eat whatever I want.

You are missing the point of eating a healthy diet. It isn't about being skinny. It isn't even about being fast. It is about taking care of your body. If you eat shit, your body is going to turn to shit. Look at the ingredients in your food. See all those chemicals? Do you think those are healthy?
The other thing is that you would probably enjoy a more natural diet if you just tried it. Eating fresh, organic foods is amazing. The taste is 10000x better than processed junk food. I guarantee that you would feel better, too, both mentally and physically.
You think that fat-ass lady pushing her cart down the aisle at Wal-Mart thinks she feels bad? No. She has no idea. Put her in the body of a runner and she would be amazed. Same goes for you. Try it and I promise that you won't go back to eating trash all the time.
Do Gobstoppers count as organic? I mean look at all of those colors! It has to be healthy! The red one has iron, the orange has vitamin c, the green is green-tea extract...
