Do you know the rules or are you trying to guess. I do not officiate this side of things so I am going by memory. First, if you are bumped into the inside, the rules are different. Second, if there is no advantage (e.g., on the straight) the rules are different. Third, it becomes a coulda, shoulda, woulda case officially, I think, as the time for appeals is past and the use of video tape is constrained. It probably could interfere with ratification of a record.
