I installed Skype a while back to keep in touch with my parents and sister, but once it was installed I never really made the switch from just calling them. I've only Skyped once, on my sister's computer when she came to visit once, talking to my parents on Easter. So, my use of Skype being minimal, maybe someone can clear this up...
The OP said that he found her Skype records or something contacting the ex boyfriend, but this post suggests it doesn't record where calls go. I thought Skype worked like an instant messenger (ie. the old AIM chats) just with video streaming instead of text, with everything getting auto-logged. Is Skype more like a phone service or a chat program?
To the OP: relax, seriously. Relationships often end in a messy way, but it's perfectly normal (and probably more healthy) for them to end with an amicable recognition that you're better off as friends, and part ways. This suggests to me that your gf isn't the type to hold a grudge, and if she hasn't said anything to you it could be more than anything else because it didn't occur to her; she has removed him so far from the realm of romantic thought, that she equates it to calling a family member, or a female friend. Just relax, don't be so paranoid, and accept that people of the opposite sex can be platonic friends (even exes).
