Hopefully she'll sleep well after that performance.
Not necessarily diet, could be a lack of quality sessions or simply a manifestation of the prolonged overtraining.
Overtraining would lead to impaired protein synthesis, not to mention some low key insulin resistance.

You nailed it. The high level marathon stuff gives back only so many quality races in a lifetime. We shall see....

RFC 1918
Private Address Space
The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has reserved the
following three blocks of the IP address space for private internets:
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 (10/8 prefix)
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 (172.16/12 prefix)
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix)
----------
The ip address 10.111.1.57 shouldn't normally be accessible from the public internet and even if it was, people might not be able to access it, because they might also be using a 10.x.x.x private ip address range with NAT to access the public internet.
Is it possible that this server on 10.111.1.57 might also have another address in the public ip address range that we can use?
What happened to Vaughn? Why did he drop? I see him in the photos with the leaders and it appears he was with them for the first 5 or 6 miles. Injured? Sick? Just curious.
