If you want to avoid chafing from a sports bra you should just go without one.

most of my favorite sport bras are actually from old navy/target. i'm a full B to C, and I feel like the nike ones just have a really tight band/low cut I feel like I'll pop out.
my favorite sport bra that I always save for races/big workouts is by Zoom. It's technically for triathlons but it is very comfortable.
do any people know good companies for larger women? a lot of the times chubby girls are hesitant to start running because their nervous about proper support...
The Gear Institute just did a big test of running bras. The Lululemon All Sports was one of the best for non-chaffing:

The Athlete Tempo Seamless was the most comfortable, though it was not as supportive for runners with larger breasts:

But the best overall bra was the CW-X VersatX...super comfortable but really amazingly supportive.

There is a new brand I found out about that has sports bras made from super lightweight/fast drying fabric while also being supportive and made with bonded seams so no chaffing. I've tried it and love it so far.

Adidas All Me 3-Stripes Bra.
It just depends on your size!
I cannot comment as to what is the best but make sure it is made of only natural fibers such as cotton:
Sweat and UV rays break down the fibers in polyester and other synthetic fibers and are absorbed through your skin.
