Recently we had a kid on my team who failed pretty much all his classes in the fall semester. Now everyone knows this kid is a screw up and is too whacked out to really grasp his failures has a person. So we think maybe this finally the time he gets what hes had coming for years. When he first arrived has a freshmen he had been the coaches pet and got babied no matter how much of a pain and screw up he was. Now he is in his senior year and the coaches have realized this and grown tired of his act. Basically they are counting down the days in till he graduates and gets off campus so they actually get some value out of his scholarship. Naturally they pretty much straight up change his grades so he is passing, eligible, and able to suck his last two seasons. My theory is our coaches just want this kid to get his (phony) degree and get the hell out. Therefore they are ok with the blatant changing of grades as too avoid him possibly being around longer. As well they did the kid no favors since day one by letting him pretty much do whatever he wants with out punishment. Too bad for the kid but hes screwed up for life because he never got it.
