Normal ranges for male hematocrit are 40-54, from what I was taught in my medical program.
Now that depends on the source, as some say like, 38-.....
When we tested each other, in consistently tested at 48-49 all week, and I have never used anything even relatively close to performance enhancers.
So if Lance naturally has a high hematocrit, than wouldn't such intensely oxygen demanding training like what they do slightly increase it?
Like, if he normally has 50, with training I could see it raising to around 54.
