I like the thought of Gharib too. He gets progressively stronger as the distances go up (only a 13:20ish 5k guy). I like him better than Ebuya. It's may sound weird to penalize a guy for being too fast, but he has run close to 12:50 so, unless he eventually runs 2:03 low or so, I see him as more of a 10k/marathoner than a marathon/50k guy. Another guy I would like is Sammy Korir in his prime. Sub 2:05 marathoner but never broke 1:00:00 for the 1/2 despite several tries.
