Concur. Looks like you're already in sub-15:00 shape. As noted above by others, four weeks is not a lot of time to actually add fitness (not that you apparently need to); however, it's *plenty* of time to slow yourself down through overtraining. Don't feel compelled to try all the workouts that have been posted above, though I admit most of them look really interesting!
