If you were Kip right now, what would you do?
If you were Kip right now, what would you do?
I don't understand why Kip would even agree to give an interview? If he knew he was guilty, saw all the evidence that was collected about him on this thread, and knew this guy was going to portray him in a bad light, why would he agree to talk with him?

My interview with Kip Litton took place at a Wendy’s located at 7149 Dixie Highway, Independence Township, Michigan, the evening of April 19, 2012.
Who paid?

Get back to Mark Singer, do a proper interview containing a full admission about everything. This is really the only way this goes away, when people are pushing at an open door, they soon stop. Its never about the original issue, what infuriates right-minded folks is the cover-up.

1) Fact checker spoke to Wendy's manager and confirmed table location and presence of wall photograph in that spot;
2) Audio of interview has music in background.
"Too defensive to be credible?" Can you read?
Did a fact checker check to make sure the first fact checker did indeed check to verify those facts were factual?
Kip largely avoided mark, but Kip finally agreed to an interview because Mark Singer flew out to Michigan after Kip failed to show up at BOSTON marathon 2012...(Kip had told mark he could meet him at the finish line)....
mark singer hung around Near kips general area of Michigan for a couple days and finally Kip agreed to meet him in person

If you look up "pitiful" in a dictionary, the above is what you will find.
Kip Litton finish our 5k race today 2 runners ahead of me in 17:09. Is that a PR for him?

Not gonna happen. Kip will not come clean, perhaps ever. There are lots of cheats out there who never admit their wrongdoing - so, your comment, 'This is the only way this goes away...' will end in frustration for you - and, many here. Me, I don't care so much about the 'how' but the 'why' I find intriguing. He's lied to me for nearly 3 years and lied to others for the same length of time - so there's no reason to think he's gonna 'see the light'. That boy ain't right.
Since the median income of a New Yorker subscriber is closer to $80,000 per year (or somewhere in that ballpark), I am not sure if the blue collar types in his dental practice area (Davison an Flint) will see/read the New Yorker mark singer article on Dr kip Litton, dds aka David Kipling Litton DDS....

Wouldn't his family have busted him if he is flying to Boston with his bike and then hauling it in and out of the hotel room on race day? Did he ride his bike over the timing mats? On the SOKLR site there are several pics of him running at several different spots.
His family is his only "witness." so the answer is no.
Why did Kip change hats that race?
While I appreciate Mark Singer's effort in his attempt to capture Dr. Kip Litton's bizarre story, I feel that it falls quite short of what I expect from The New Yorker and of Singer. I've been a subscriber to The New Yorker for over a decade and am quite familiar with the quality of Singer's usual work and the publication's, in general.
What I love about most the magazine's articles is that there is a greater story told that transcends the subject. However, this article lacks that classic depth found in typical The New Yorker pieces. It reads closer to a story I would find in a daily. My opinion is that this curious tale, as told by Singer, is just a 'story,' but not quite an article I've grown to expect from this publication. Perhaps a bit more work is yet to be done.
although I appreciate the writer's effort (something is better than nothing), he or someone should do this....but I doubt Kip would do it.

this is not an attempt to criticize the writer, but it's not his writing style that matters, it's what he does and "doesn't" ask.
The cases are hardly comparable.
In the You Tube case cited there were purported witnesses of the runner using a bus.
There is no evidence of Kip Litton using a bike or other conveyance at any of these marathons that I am aware of.
One shortcoming of the New Yorker article, in my opinion, was the author's assertion, "So a bicycle it surely was," without citing a single piece of evidence (such as a witness or photo) indicating that was the case.
You are obviously quite lost and not that bright.
Re-read my post for clarification.
If Kip were to sit down for a video interview, which he would never do, and asked DIRECT questions showing him video and photos of himself, he COULD NOT GIVE LOGICAL ANSWERS TO VERY EASY QUESTIONS. Does that help ya?
They are very comparable and if interviewed, Kip would get up and walk away. I could post 10 questions that he could not answer.
i could come up with 20 questions, easily, but you're right, he'd never sit down for a video interview bc he could not answer them
As I predicted a week ago, the article has caused a drastic increase in posts on this thread, rather than being the final word.
What evidence does Singer have Kip used a bike? How could the New Yorker print pure, unsubstantiated speculation?
He has a bike, therefor 100% "because a bicycle it surely was". This is fact and can not be refuted.
As i predicted a month ago, the blasphemous heathens who have polluted this thread with their unsubstantiated claims, personal vendettas, and pathetic stalker-like methods, have failed in their cause to unjustly tarnish and destroy the man, myth, and legend, our savior, Kip Litton.
Our Lord has proven himself worthy of his name, The Honorable Sultan of the Marathon.
You all have tried relentlessly for years, and failed time and time again to bring down our King.
Kip shall live on in peace and harmony, and we, his unworthy minions, will rest peacefully another day, knowing that the ruthless evil of this world can never smother the unyielding integrity and love that He, Sir Kip Litton, emits.
