i agree,he could of been framed, but i doubt another kenyan runner set him up, so they wont have to compete against him, kenya has so many great marathoners and potentially great marathoners, example makau, mutai, kipsang, and so many who have yet to run a marathon, but will probably be great marathoners, kiprop, kitwara, chebet etc.
so if wanjiru could not compete there will be a lot of runners just about as good if not as good as wanjiru and eventually someone better.
so if a runner wanted to eliminate the competition by framing top runners, he would have to frame hundreds of runners and the top runners will keep coming.
