I'm 47, due to injuries as well as personal issues- divorce etc. , I havent run a step in 5 years. I was running around 1820 5ks back in 05, prior to that I had run 1620's in my 20's, had run under 17 in 1999. I've put on about 20 pounds ( height 5 10 went from 140 to 160) Thinking about getting back into it, just wanted to ask letsrun for some advice on how to proceed,what kind of 5k time you think i should shoot for. thanks!
