If you are smart enough to go to a research station in Antarctica, then you REALLY better be smart enough to set a watch.
GMT - 4:00...and DST, so GMT -3:00 right now
Most people in Antartica would set there watches to the approriate zone for that base... or ask someone or maybe use google.

McMurdo follows the same timezone as New Zealand, as do some (most?) of the others, but it looks like Palmer might be diferent.
