Honest serious answer, stop worrying so much. This isn't high school where GPA is some glorified statistic. Coming from a business background - #1 Your school does not really matter #2 Anything above 3.5 is a good GPA #3 You'll have to take some sort of post grad test that is usually weighted more than GPA.
Honestly though, in the real world, employers don't really care the school or grad school you went to unless its like an ivy league in which case you'll have access to many more potential employers through the school.
I would say grad schools and employers are more interested in practical experience. For business this means internships and for science majors this means assisting professors in their experiments, research etc. GPA is mainly used to eliminate really the unqualified. If its below 3.2 you have a problem but you need other things to stand out because it definitely doesn't make an application/resume.
