Here's an article on a Slovak journalist, Ladislav Krnac, who died and had seen 115 world records.

It got me thinking how many world records have I seen.
I can think of 5 outdoors:
Michael Johnson's 19.32 in Atlanta (I thought the clock had malfunctioned)
Paula Radcliffe's 2:17:18 in Chicago (I didn't see the finish but had the best seat in the house for 25 miles of it).
Usain Bolt's 9.72 in New York in 1998 (people I was with urged me to leave early so we could go party in NYC)
Usain Bolt's 9.58 in Berlin
Usain Bolts 19.19 in Berlin (I must admit I had to confirm if he broke the 200m world record here for some reason).
Outdoor records are pretty rare so I think I might have them covered above.
I know I've seen some indoors, but they don't stand out as much. There have been world records at Reebok Boston. If others post, I can expand my list indoors.
