HGH
A crapload of apples during workdays. Only 1-2 on the weekends.
Arugula, lots of it, mixed with avacado and oranges.
green juice every morning (celery, kale)
spinach
green powder
spring water
cultured veggies (great for digestion)
protein shake
Pizza, sandwiches, frosting, carrot shavings, mint creme, artificial acai flavoring, Fiber One Toaster Pastries, starfruit, lentils, scones, fluff of various types, licorice, oregano, quinoa, fish paste, arugula, barley wheat, enriched semolina, biscotti, espresso, chipotle sauce, soygurt, vitamins, juice blends, bamboo shoots, edible paper, Moscato, toast.
Chlroella
oranges, bananas, yogurt, granola, honey, whole wheat bread, pretzels. oranges, bananas & yogurt seem to have the largest impact on energy & recovery though.
Kale and blueberries. Also take a greens drink mixed with a powdered detoxer with broccoli sprouts. Red cabbage on some days. Also drink organic coffee and wine. Sometimes mix curcumin in with rice dishes.
The cultured vegetables was a good suggestion, as kimchi is a great probiotic.
Coffee, pop-tarts or cereal.
Ramen noodles, sometimes with an egg or two. Or sandwich.
Spaghetti + sauce. Or chicken breast and vegetables.
Protein Shake
Since this is everything I eat, if I stopped eating it, my performance would definitely suffer.

Generally a salad, unless it's lacinato (in which case I put it in a sandwich). Kale's pretty tough at first, but you get used to it. It's the ultimate superfood.

No, but pure coconut oil is a great moisturizer.
Juicing is a great way to get nurtients in without having to consume ridiculous amounts of food. Do look into the notion of not mixing vegetables and fruits in the same juicing session.
I'll keep that in mind.
While we're on the topic of superfoods, one thing I've gotten into lately is pure 100% organic raw cacao nibs. They have 0 sugar, very high fiber and loads of nutrients. It's somewhat of an acquired taste, but they are great once you get accustomed to the bitterness.
I can't say if it would ever make an ounce of difference to running performance, but they are a good healthy snack.

It always cracks me up when health folks say something like, "Once you get past the vomiting reflex and the poisoned sensation in your stomach, you only to go through the fingernails falling off and the eyelashes turning green, then..."
Almonds
Bananas
