Is it as hard for you, like it is for me, to run the same pace at night as you do during the day?
I find that I labor more when it is dark to get to pace "X".
I'm an experienced runner (14 years including high school, college, and post college competitively) and still can't figure it out.
I've thought of multiple reasons as to why this could be the case, but wanted to know other's input.
