I have been doing this for a year and its no big deal as 8 hours is 8 hours.Has anyone else done somthing like this.I run in the afternoon and if i do a 2nd run at night after 9pm.Anyone else done this.I get my full 8 hours.The night before am races i never sleep 8 hours because it does not effect the race.When i say a year i been doing this close to 2 years.Anyone else done this?Work later in the day.I can pick the time of day i work.Its only hard in the summer time when i start a little eary and take a break at 6 30pm to run.If i do a double the 2 run is close to midnight.That only in the heat of july or some times i do somthing in the heat of the day easy.This works great for 10 1/2 months out the year.Has anyone else done somthing like this?
