Clean the microwave by mixing 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar and 1/2 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Bring it to a rolling boil inside the microwave. Baked-on food will be loosened, and odors will disappear. Wipe clean
you're a Rockefeller and concerned about cleaning a microwave?
Thanks for all suggestions - it is built-in one so even the Rockefellers not prone to throwing those out with slight discolorations - going to try white vinegar and water - again thanks! I used some Ajax with bleach and that worked some but really takes so much scrubbing

Why the hell would you nuke frozen bread? Bread doesn't freeze particularly well in the first place and putting it in the microwave renders it inedible.
microwave a bunch of metal forks, that gets the stains out
I do agree microwaving bread renders it inedible, but beg to differ that bread does freeze quite well - you just have to let it thaw, or as I prefer put it in some foil and pop it in the regular oven for a bit.
Get married?
