I am 42 and run a 4:35. I have heard from 5 other master runners over age of 40 planning on running it. So we are hoping this goes off
Its official. The Eastern Michigan Coach put the masters mile on the list of events for the meet January 8th. You can enter the race and meet through Direct Athletics and its only $10 and you can do other events for the price
