Hey you posted in Ian Edwards' thread about your progression upon moving from 70 mpw up to 100, and then 120-140. Can you give details of the progression of your PR's when you did this?

I'm not marathoner223, but I had similar mileage jumps at some point. At 70 mpw I ran 16:0x and 33:4x. The move to 100 mpw got me to 15:23 and 32:15. Holding that for a couple of years got me to 31:41 10k and 24:57 8k (5k went to 15:21). Then I graduated, did 120-140 for a summer, and ran 1:09:49 in a half marathon and 2:26:23 in a marathon (a month apart).
Nice progression, I have PR's of 16:0x and 33:5x at 55-65 mpw, I might try to build up to 80's in a few months. The last time I actually had really consistent training I was around 70 mpw for about a year. Since then, I've had injuries stop me from getting up that high. Probably averaged 45-50 mpw for 3 years.
marathoner223, come back
last bump, then i'm out
