With Wheeling Jesuit winning the WVIAC meet it looks like the are a team that can make a run at a top 3 spot at regionals. Are they good enough to run with the PSAC Champs Edinboro? Who are the individuals that have a shot at the slots in the East?

I do think that they are a contender for the top 3 spot but as far as beating Edinboro or Millersville they just don't have the pack. They should give Ship a run for the 3rd spot but I think that the top 2 spots a pretty secure.
you can tell ricky moore not to wear his stupid little white wifebeater under his singlet at the race on saturday. this is distance running, not an "And One" basketball commerical.

i really don't see wheeling getting the 3rd spot. edinboro, millersville, and shippensburg are way too tough.
they will get the third spot, they might even give millersville a run at second. they will definitely have two in before millersvilles second. it's hard to say what will happen after that though.
I agree that wheeling will qualify and that they may be closer to Edinboro than Millersville. I think the WV conference will surprise the PSAC this year and Ricky Moore and wheelings #2 guy will be top 6 at NCAA east region
If Millersville and Edinboro run the races they are capable of, Wheeling will be praying for the number 3 spot just to qualify. Ship had an extremely poor PSAC meet and will rebound indefinately this weekend. Wheeling has 2 great runners that has kept them in the hunt the whole season. Edinboro has 3 studs, Millersville has the pack and ship had the fire lit under there ass.
Ricky Moore better watch out for superfast, he's obviously got a problem with him. I guess the only thing he can do is take that wife beater across the line in one of the top five spots at the regional race, where will that put superfast?
3rd place? maybe even 2nd? are you kidding me? let me remind you of what happened last year when alderson-broaddus won the WVIAC and was looking for a spot at nationals:
Ed - 37 (2,5,7,11,12)
MU - 90 (1,13,22,23,31)
SH - 132 (14,15,25,35,43)
LH - 143
AB - 166 (4,17,33,45,67)
KU - 173
WJ - 203
SR - 230
IUP - 245
it got real ugly for AB and WJ. The bottom line is that WJ has 2 top dogs, maybe a 3rd and their 4th and 5th......do they have a 4th or 5th? Edinboro, Millersville and Shipp will go once again. Edinboro is unstoppable and will put their top 6 in the top15, MU has stallings (automatic 1st) and pizzulli and rood will be top15 (and are capable of putting their 8th man in front of shipp's 4th and WJ's 4th), and Shipp ran like crap at PSAC's and still pulled 3rd out-Stehle, gindy (top 15), and if demerice, rich and lillicrap decide to run, WJ has no shot!
i will say that wheeling has the best shot to finally get a WV team to the big show, but their #4 and #5 can't get it done for them. it will be all psac representing the east.
I think it looks like Brown from ESU and Cowan from LH but if wheeling doesn't make it then Moore may be in. Anyone else in the running???
Those predictions are a little off my friend. Ricky Moore is a lock to go to nationals if there team doesn't make it. I would say that brown and abel will be battling it out for the second shot. If cowan runs like he did at PSAC's I can't picture him even having a pray.

DON'T HATE....APPRECIATE!!!!
i think wheeling definately has a shot. it's not what anybody has on paper, it's what happens on the race day. that's why we have the race. good luck to all the competitors. 'boro and ville are a lock, ship has internal problems or something, wheeling definitely has a good shot. indy - i know stallings is the favorite, but i'm a 'boro fan and i think rowe will take him, and depending on if moore has a great race, he could also take the indy title. we'll see saturday. look for kutz and the rock to represent too.
