Well I give myself till March 2011.
Right now I am old, fat and hairy (well not on my head). But it is my goal to break 34 minutes in a 10k.
I plan to do it in February.
Info on me. I was never a runner in high school or college. Just run now that I am old so I can eat more food.
My pr 10k is 35:10 or something like that. 5k is 16:40 or something close to that. I don't plan to run much more then 4 times a week, any more then that and I probably would get injured.
What do you think can I do it?
