Jimbo' is very f*cking bored.
The public pools in my city are basically the same thing. People are so slow that anyone under 2:15/100m swims in the fast lane. Not easy for anyone who actually wants to train swimming.

no, that's not how it is. Recover in or outside of lane 8, watch for faster traffic in the outer lanes. Fast people don't do workouts in lane 1 if they value their long-term health.
