geez, 100,000 at the Beijing Games? 100000 / 6000 guys / 16 days = more than 1 per day on average. and you have to factor in that many are married and don't want a condom, and that the skinny distance runners probably aren't getting any...

This is absolutely ridiculous. Condoms are to be disposed of appropriately. That's just part of using a condom. Educated people throw their condoms in the trash. Uneducated people stop up their toilets with them.

The thing that really bugs me is that people act as if this condom full of semen is "gross" and they want to flush it down the toilet and never see it again. What act did you just finish? And you can't handle a little semen?

I get the porn star Amy Reid reference. I wasn't so much indicating the woman in so much as the man in this case. You peel a semen filled condom off of your penis after entering the body of a woman... A very adult activity. It's not time to turn into a child and get freaked out by your own body juice. Man up and dispose of it properly.

Okay I guess that's why I find this problem so perplexing. First, the mature and safe and appropriate decision is made to wear the condom for intercourse. Then, immediately after that very good and well thought out decision the condom gets thrown in and flushed down the toilet. The immature, inappropriate, and uneducated decision is made. What a 180!?
