Yeah I agree with zero out of ten. The woman should not have been out running on a path that is used by cyclists. What did she expect to happen??? We're going fast and not able to stop on the whim of some runner. Honestly she got what she deserved and now won't be around to cause an injury to somebody else. I hope the fellow who unfortunately crashed into her will be fine and back out riding soon.
I've run into people before but it was entirely their fault, because they moved to the side instead of keeping a straight like. Otherwise I am sure that I wouldn't have hit them at all. As it was, I was okay, but my bike had some damage.
Another thing is the 15-20 mph speed limit is ridiculous. It's just about impossible to ride that slowly on a bike. If you're a runner and on a path like this used for cyclists, then you need to GTF out of the way.
