Geb is not going to break the NYCM record, those days are gone. The NYCM record is strong, probably equal to a 2:04 on another course. Geb runs fast on fast cources and has a history of struggling (by his standards) on hills. The best thing for Meb and Ritz is if Geb goes after the record and slows down in Central Park, which I can see happening and making for a competitive finish. However, if Geb runs with in himself, I don't him losing, in fact I don't see thing any would be with in a couple hundreds meters of him becasue the best guys in the world are in Chicago this year.
