I think in one of the video interviews he mentioned he was going to run 5th Ave.

Does anyone know what he went? I've searched all over the thread and I can't find the answer anywhere!!!?!?
Can someone please post the 1500m results? I need to have things spelled out for me at least a dozen times before I grasp them.
I offered you all the chance to say you were sorry to Alan and what did I get, no takers and the thread deleted.... Please commense with jumping back on the bandwagon...
thickust discuss!
Yeah, at this point, if Webb's trend of improvement continues and he stays healthy, he should be primed for a competitive 5th avenue. I wonder who else is going to run it. I think Solinsky should step up to the plate. I want to see what kind of speed he can bust out.
converts to a 3:52 mile ... now we're talking!!
Didn't quite catch that wrote:

336=352???? WTF???? are you freaking HIGH? remind which planet this is where the conversion is 16sec??
in this economy??? wrote:converts to a 3:52 mile ... now we're talking!!
When was the last time Webb ran this well? The mile AR, or did he have a few good ones after that before the wheels fell off?
Congrats to Webb. Hopefully he doesn't do the 5th avenue mile and instead backs down and starts regrouping for next year. Better to end the season while his confidence is high and keep him hungry.
Anger issues there, Charlie?

I guess? I didn't mean any harm. I just plugged it into the McMillan calculator and that's what it said. That's where I got the number from. Sorry to offend you.
http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/cgi-bin/calc.plsee now all those people before were talking all that crap about him being finished and washed up after that 1:52 without realising it was a rust buster. now look they won't post crap now cuz he just shut them up with his 3:36 which is a far cry from what he's done but he's done worse in past seasons where he was healthy and ran a ton more races. i'd say he's back for sure and had this been june, he'd prolly be running 3:32ish by this time if not faster. good to see him back and hopefully the best is yet to come for AMERICA'S best miler. We should all back this amercian born miler instead of bash him.
considering he is focused and "peaking" for the 5th ave as his goal race. it'd be dumb not to run it just since he ran according to plan now... also... what did other ppl in this race run? where's the actual results?
Isn't 3:23.21 a 3:53-50-3:53.97 mile? I'd like to run that with 3 months of training!!!
Wow, I didn't realize the 5th Avenue Mile has such a deep field this year:
Lagat (3:32)
Manzano (3:32)
Willis (3:35 today)
Baddeley (returning champ, ran 3:51 last year)
Laalou (3:50 mile earlier this year)
Webb (3:36 today)
I think all of those guys will probably be in 3:50 mile shape by race time even though some of them already are (Manzano, Laalou, Lagat). If Webb can beat any of those guys in that race, I would say he has had a successful season, even though I think he's already had a successful season just by coming back from a long layoff and getting back into 1:48/3:36 shape in less than a month of racing.
Willis is in? Isn't it a US championship?
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06

Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
